We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the execution of interior design and architectural projects.

This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering projects on time while upholding the design intent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle project execution from inception to completion.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.
  • Lead site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
  • Lead and manage internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with safety standards.
  • Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and resolve issues without compromising project goals.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across procurement, design, and execution teams.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.
  • Presentation of project status reports to senior leadership and clients regularly.
