About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to boost our sales by establishing connections with current and potential clients. To excel in this role, you will need to gather individual contact information and source data from targeted audiences.

To be successful as a Telecaller, you must possess excellent communication skills to convince even the most skeptical individuals to purchase our offerings. You should also be able to suggest ways to utilize client feedback to enhance our products or services.

Responsibilities
  • Stay updated on product or service offerings to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients.
  • Regularly update and obtain lists of individual contact details to maintain accurate records.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
  • Stay informed about market trends to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify customer needs and offer solutions using our company's products and services.
  • Maintain positive relationships with future prospects.
  • Provide clarity on progress and performance expectations through regular meetings.
  • Ensure all interactions and sales activities are conducted with respect and professionalism.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Graduation or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role.
  • Completion of a sales-related training program.
  • Proficiency in computers and knowledge of cultural norms and diverse viewpoints.
  • Able to adapt communication style according to unusual events.
  • Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
  • Capable of receiving criticism without internalizing it.
Salary and Benefits

Our initial monthly salary for 3 months during the probation period is ₹20,000. Following a successful probationary period, there will be an increment of ₹5,000 per month plus incentives from the first month itself.

This full-time position offers the flexibility to work from home or remotely.
