Test Architect Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Test Architect to oversee the quality assurance process for our global digital platform. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive test strategies that ensure a seamless user experience across multiple devices and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the QA strategy for the global digital platform, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals and technical requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, covering functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts, ensuring automation is effectively integrated into the development process.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify risks, and ensure that testing is aligned with project timelines.
  • Lead the effort to identify, document, and track defects, working with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Oversee performance testing efforts to ensure the platform can handle expected user loads and deliver a fast, responsive experience.
  • Ensure the platform meets quality standards across all regions, taking into account localization, accessibility, and different regulatory requirements.
