We are seeking a Change Management and Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the process and quality of Products.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up new processes through validation and qualification, risk assessment through PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis), training of Personnel through SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Leading Compliance, as well as Environmental, Health & Safety efforts in support of plant goals.
  • Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production.
  • Work with Production Associates to resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment and product design.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical and Electrical & Electronics
  • Hands on experience of 2+ Years in Healthcare Product manufacturing industry and Manufacturing process engineering
  • Expertise in change management control (ECCB) is required.
  • ECR/ECO (Engineering Change Request / Engineering Change Order) implementation and control.
