As a Contract Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a critical role in our supply chain team, responsible for coordinating the production planning process with our contract manufacturing partners. Your expertise will help ensure timely delivery of products to our customers, while maintaining high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with contract manufacturing partners to develop and maintain accurate production schedules, including material requirements and inventory levels.
2. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
3. Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contract manufacturing partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
6. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
7. Maintain accurate records and reports, including production schedules, inventory levels, and performance metrics.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proficient in MS Office, with ability to learn and use new software as needed.
* Strong attention to detail, with ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
