Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Management Executive to lead our team and drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for daily workflow management, ensuring maximum capacity utilization and schedule adherence. They will also be responsible for effective operations management, overcoming daily hurdles such as absenteeism, erratic workflow, and ad-hoc requests.

The role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the US offices through calls and emails. The candidate must be able to prepare accurate reports and submit them timely to the desired recipients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily workflow management to ensure maximum capacity utilization
  • Schedule adherence for self and team
  • Effective operations management, overcoming daily hurdles
  • Constant communication with the US offices through calls and emails
  • Preparing accurate reports and submitting them timely
  • Performing random quality checks on volumes processed by team members
  • Conducting daily meetings with team and providing timely process updates
  • Anticipating client needs and preparing reports
  • Reviewing QC feedbacks and devising ways to improve quality of the team
  • Upholding quality standards through spot checks

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A graduate or master's degree in any stream
  • Proactive approach to taking up new challenges and increasing scope of self-exposure
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills with problem-solving ability
  • Good networking skills across the organization to get things done
  • Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training
  • Ability to create a challenging, fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO
  • Ability to de-stress the work environment under pressure
  • Very strong computer skills in Window, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet
  • Ability to learn quickly and teach members on process nuances
  • Knowledge of financial services and class action and mass tort is good to have
  • Ability to interact with confidence with US internal and external customers
  • Candidate with experience in legal process domain will be of advantage
  • Ability to review reports and take actions based on data
  • Ability to manage change
