IT Solutions Expert

We are seeking an IT Solutions Expert to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to empower individuals across organisations to manage, secure, and optimise their data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer goals, milestones, initiatives, and issues from beginning to resolution.
  • Implement and maintain software in customer environments.
  • Develop custom reports using data from our software and integrate it with other data repositories.
  • Integrate software with applications and processes within customer environments.
  • Assist customers with technical support issues and provide resolutions for product and technical issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences according to standards.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to internal teams while maintaining communication with the customer.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in professional services positions supporting client/server software environments.
  • Thorough understanding of project management skills.
  • Knowledge of storage hardware and software, including NAS and Object systems.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience creating complex Kibana, Tableau, and PowerBI reports and dashboards.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
