Senior Data Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our data analytics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with model development and a deep understanding of customer data ingestion, real-time data pipelines, and AI-driven marketing strategies.

This role involves leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to enable data-driven decision-making and hyper-personalized marketing at scale. Key responsibilities include designing, building, and deploying machine learning models for segmentation, predictive analytics, prospect identification, targeting, personalization, Churn prediction & retention, campaign performance and other business use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply statistical analysis and data visualization techniques to generate insights and communicate effectively to business stakeholders.
  • Translate model insights into actionable marketing strategies that enhance ROI and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Martech, digital, and commercial teams to operationalize models into platforms and workflows.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing monitoring, retraining, and governance processes to ensure sustained model accuracy and business value.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in data science, model validation, and applied machine learning.
  • Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with QA and drift monitoring frameworks for ML models.
