Senior Sales Strategist

**Job Overview**
A challenging role awaits you as a Senior Sales Strategist at ABB, where you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Your expertise in front-end sales with team management will be crucial in achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and global or assigned area standards. You will work closely with the Product Group to ensure technical solutions are leveraged across the offering portfolio and manage technical specifications for assigned products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Manage technical specifications for assigned products
- Work closely with the Product Group to leverage technical solutions
- Ensure alignment of offerings with defined market segments
Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of experience in front-end sales with team management
- Full-time B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and global or assigned area standards
