Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Industry Cloud Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be engaged in presales activities, including implementation, support, and maintenance, and consulting services for clients worldwide.

The role involves responding to RFPs/RFIs/Proposals with detailed responses, showcasing technical capabilities, solution design, effort estimations, and alignment with client requirements. You will also create demos for client presentations, engage with C-suite executives, and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.

  • Engage in presales activities, including implementation, support, and maintenance, and consulting services for clients worldwide.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs/Proposals with detailed responses, showcasing technical capabilities, solution design, effort estimations, and alignment with client requirements.
  • Create demos for client presentations and engage with C-suite executives.
  • Deliver customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that effectively address client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce pre-sales, focusing on Salesforce products and solutions.
  • Proficiency in at least one Industry cloud and expertise in Sales, Service, and Data cloud.
  • Experience in developing technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex client needs.
