Payroll Specialist Position

This role is integral to the US payroll operation, overseeing the management of approximately 1,300 employees' payroll. To succeed in this position, strong interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with various stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll administration in the US, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholding, and deductions accurately.
  • Understand complex business requirements and manage expectations accordingly.
  • Prepare payroll inputs for timely processing and submission.
  • Review and approve provider-prepared payroll against approved payroll inputs.
  • Monitor and respond to employee queries efficiently, adhering to SLA guidelines.
Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience with ADP EV5 or EV6 software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Capacity to work independently in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
