Job Title: Senior UCCE and Release Management Professional

Role: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and release management systems.

  • Supporting experience on Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions, and third-party call recording platforms is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP, CUIC, and troubleshooting skills are required.
  • MACD creation expertise in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms is a must.
  • Understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, with awareness of ITIL processes is necessary.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices is required.
  • Experience with VOIP and Performance Management Tools, including integration with other tools is essential.
  • Understanding of telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analog signaling is necessary.
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 business support environment with excellent communication and problem-solving skills is required.
  • Experience with Cisco Voice platforms and CUCM, UCCE, UCCH, CVP platforms is a must.
  • Collaboration with third-party providers for problem resolution and OEMs for incident resolution is necessary.
  • Advanced remote and onsite troubleshooting, system design issues, upgrade plans, technical documentation, and site coordination are key responsibilities.
  • Point of contact for service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations is a critical function.
