Structural Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced senior structural engineer to lead our high-rise residential and township projects, driving efficiency, innovation, and standardization in design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee structural design schemes for multiple projects, ensuring technical excellence and constructability.
  • Conduct peer reviews of consultant submissions, providing expert input on RCC, precast, composite, and structural steel systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and compare structural systems for cost and time efficiency.
  • Recommend optimal structural solutions for repetitive layouts and material conservation.
Requirements:
  • B.E. in Civil Engineering and M.Tech in Structural Engineering from a reputed institution.
  • 13+ years of experience for DGM level, 15+ years for GM level.
Skills:
  • Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of Indian and international design codes.
Candidate Profile:

A strategic thinker with hands-on approach and strong problem-solving capability, excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, and adept at driving innovation, standardization, and value engineering in large-scale projects.
