Job Title: System Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of scalable, secure, and user-friendly systems. As a Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to create solutions that meet business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-9 years of overall professional experience, including at least 2-4 years in a technical product management role within a B2B SaaS or Fintech company. Experience working in fast-paced startup environments and building products from scratch is highly desirable.

You will be responsible for driving the roadmap and execution for key equity modules, collaborating with engineering leads to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and engaging directly with startup founders, CFOs, law firms, and legal ops teams to understand workflows, pain points, and regulatory needs.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will need to uphold high standards for product performance, security, and auditability across all financial modules, define and track KPIs for your product area, analyze adoption patterns, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with modern backend and frontend technologies such as .NET/C# and ReactJS is essential.
  • Sound understanding of architectural patterns including CQRS, event sourcing, and DomainDriven Design (DDD) is required.
  • Ability to read code, understand architectural diagrams, and contribute meaningfully in technical discussions is necessary.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and deliver on sprint goals is essential.
  • Strong ownership mindset with experience collaborating across engineering, design, and customer-facing functions is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
