Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to drive the success of our projects. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering results-driven outcomes and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Scope Review: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review project scope and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including project charters, master plans, and detailed project plans.
  • Team Leadership: Directly manage assigned project core teams and other business units across geographies, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Issue Escalation: Ensure compliance with project execution plans and escalate issues promptly as needed.
Key Competences
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams across geographies and drive decision-making.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on timely decision-making.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, enabling the simultaneous management of multiple projects.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer focus, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess more than 12 years of industry experience, including at least 7 years in project management in an engineering plus-manufacturing environment. A Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a tier 1 or 2 university/college is required, along with proficiency in English.
