Job Role:

Senior Windchill Consultant

We are seeking a Senior PMO Consultant with strong expertise in PLM, particularly PTC Windchill, to lead a global project upgrading and modernizing PLM systems.

This position requires a deep understanding of PLM platforms, PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading planning and execution of projects, ensuring business continuity, platform modernization, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of a Windchill upgrade, ensuring business continuity, platform modernization, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans and implementation schedules, incorporating PMBOK standards and stakeholder requirements.
  • Manage change control processes and oversee overall project execution and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate BOM structures, ECN workflows, and product data governance.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Windchill and other systems.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree + 8 years, or Master's degree + 6 years of related experience.
  • Extensive experience in the life sciences industry, with strong exposure to validation.
  • Deep knowledge of PLM platforms (preferably PTC Windchill), PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.
