Track & Improve:

  • Analyze guest feedback to refine event concepts and improve overall guest experience.
  • Apply data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning, community engagement, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
