Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking an experienced talent acquisition professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior-level positions within the warehousing industry.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and hiring quality talent while ensuring a strong pipeline for business-critical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding candidates.
  • Sourcing candidates through various source mixes like job portals, networking, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers/stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on organizational fit.
  • Drive recruitment for volume hiring and niche roles in warehousing/logistics functions.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure adherence to TAT.
  • Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on the Warehousing/Logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping, ATS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office knowledge.
