Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned financial expert to lead our team of analysts and planners. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and planning, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and leading change initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing financial plans and budgets
  • Leading financial analysis and reporting
  • Managing team performance and providing coaching and training
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling
  • CA/CMA/CS/Masters Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration
  • Proven people leadership skills and ability to manage individuals and teams through change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and local language preferably
