Business Development Outreach Specialist

This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities and secondary data sources. Your primary goal will be to fix up appointments with prospective customers.
You will need to ensure that the maximum number of appointments are made for a month. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
A key aspect of this role will be to monitor the retention percentage on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for providing a maximum number of appointments to the sales executives.
Your quality of appointments provided to the sales team will be closely monitored. You will also need to stay updated on new products and services.
