Graphic Design Leader

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Design Leader to drive our creative strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and excellent design skills, with the ability to think creatively and work efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements.
  • Interpret clients' business needs and develop concepts to suit their purpose.
  • Develop design briefs and campaign mood boards by researching information and analyzing data.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
  • Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
  • Presentation of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
  • Work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
  • Communicate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • Collaboration with a team of printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior team members and peers on their work.
  • Stay aware of current trends in visual arts.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign.
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities.
  • Knowledge of any other Software like After Effects, Character Animator, Premier Pro, Blender, XD, Figma, etc.
  • Experience of AI Integration in the design work.
  • Great time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
