Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced software testing professional with a strong background in Java and automation. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Selenium, API testing, and Cucumber/BDD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, test, and deploy scalable and resilient microservices using Java
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and follow best practices
  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, testing, and continuous integration and delivery processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the Java ecosystem and cloud computing
Desired Expertise:
  • Experience in automating services/API software layers (e.g. UI, services, APIs, etc.) and debugging, and optimizing applications/automated test scripts
  • Strong knowledge of Java, data structures, and object-oriented programming
  • Experience with Cucumber/BDD framework and JMeter
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot and API automation
  • Experience with messaging applications such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or IBM MQ
  • SQL queries and familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD technologies (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.)
