An exciting opportunity awaits a seasoned professional to take on the role of PPM Implementation Specialist. This position requires an individual with extensive knowledge in Oracle Cloud/Fusion PPM, focusing on the implementation, configuration, and customization of the platform to meet the needs of various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable steps for PPM implementation

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate solutions using Fusion PPM

• Design and implement custom workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance user experience and meet client-specific needs

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, API integrations, and data conversion plans

• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of PPM with other Oracle products and third-party applications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud/Fusion PPM, including its core features, APIs, and reporting capabilities

• Proficiency in designing and implementing custom workflows, reports, and dashboards using Fusion PPM

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working with large datasets, data conversion, and API integrations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise technical documentation and present findings to senior management
