Project Portfolio Management Expert

Job Description:

  • Lead Complex Projects with Oracle Cloud PPM: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to closure, leveraging 6-8 years of experience in project implementation and at least 3+ years in Oracle PPM Cloud.
  • Fusion PPM Modules Knowledge: Possess good functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Fusion PPM modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Accounts Payable, and Receivables.
  • Intercompany Billing Configurations Specialist: Have hands-on experience in Intercompany Billing Configurations and be knowledgeable about designing and implementing full system workflows.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert with the entire Oracle PPM Cloud module, able to design and implement full system interactions with different stakeholders.
  • Capture Business Requirements: Capture customer business requirements and translate requirements into solutions that fit within customer's business environment and business objectives.
  • POCs, Effort Estimation, and Documentation: Conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), map client requirements to base product functionality, effort estimation, etc., and create documentation including Business Requirements Document (BRD), Master Data Sheet (MD50), Business Rules (BR100), and Test cases using OUM or any other methodology.
  • MultOrg/Country Solutions Expert: Experience in implementing multi-org/country solutions and have expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis, and Defect Fixes.
  • Liaison between Business & IT Teams: Be responsible for liaising with Business & IT teams for Functional specifications, Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Training of Business and Core Users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in project implementation and at least 3+ years in Oracle PPM Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience in Fusion PPM modules, including Project Costing, Project Billing, Accounts Payable, and Receivables.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
