About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end EPM implementations as both solution architect and trusted business advisor, translating complex business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting engagements with enterprise clients
  • Develop and implement EPM platforms, driving adoption through effective stakeholder engagement
  • Mentor junior team members and develop delivery methodologies
  • Provide thought leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting best practices
  • Build and manage client relationships with a consultative approach, particularly within the Office of Finance

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5+ years hands-on EPM platform experience (Jedox, Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream, IBM Planning Analytics, or SAP BPC)
  • Proven EPM implementation track record - Led end-to-end financial planning/budgeting system deployments for enterprise clients
  • Finance/accounting background - Deep understanding of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting processes
  • Enterprise consulting experience - Direct client-facing implementation and advisory work
  • Technical EPM skills - Data modeling, ETL, financial reporting, dashboard development
