This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career as a growth consultant, where you will be the first point of contact for key decision-makers. As a growth consultant, your skills in research, storytelling, and qualification will open doors to breakthrough debt solutions for India's most promising startups and SMEs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify high-potential companies through cold calls, social selling, events, and inbound qualification.
- Run discovery sessions with founders and finance leaders to uncover funding pain-points and pitch debt solutions with confidence.
- Qualify, prioritize, and hand-off qualified opportunities to capital consultants, ensuring every lead is accurately documented with clear notes, next steps, and deadlines.
- Maintain a strong pipeline by tracking activity, conversions, and experiments; meet weekly outreach and monthly targets.
- Act as a market microphone - relay objections, feature requests, and sector insights to the product, growth, and underwriting teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Continuously upskill by studying capital markets basics, lending products, and SaaS metrics to graduate to a capital consultant role within 12-18 months.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of sales or business development experience (including internships and campus sales roles).
- Proven ability to smash targets and celebrate milestones.
- Magnetic communication skills - clear, concise, and high-energy on phone, email, and social channels.
- A fearless prospecting mindset: comfortable making initial contact with key decision-makers and asking informed questions.
- Strong grasp of spreadsheets and CRMs; live in data dashboards and understand conversion rates.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; curiosity, grit, and coachability essential.
