About the Role:

The Project Management Office is responsible for implementing and maintaining project management standards, templates, and methodologies across multiple projects. This includes portfolio oversight, risk and issue management, reporting and communication, and billing and invoicing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain project management standards, templates, and methodologies across multiple projects.
  • Support strategic portfolio management by tracking project health, budgets, and alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain RAID logs and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare dashboards, progress reports, and stakeholder communication trackers.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4-5 years of experience in project management or a related role. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, and MS Project. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
