We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Business Implementation Manager.

This individual will be responsible for leading the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and optimal solution design. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, customer delivery, and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and work efficiency.
  • Develop and manage large-scale portfolios of key customer accounts, focusing on successful implementation and configuration of business solutions.
  • Oversee the entire implementation cycle, from initial planning to post-implementation reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Identify critical success factors, measurable milestones, and potential risks for each engagement, developing a comprehensive plan of action.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their business requirements and providing expert guidance throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including task definitions and timelines.
  • Ensure 100% quality standards through rigorous testing methods, validation, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry
  • PMP, ITIL certification is highly desirable
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 6 years of proven consulting, customer delivery, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with business software applications, such as ERP, CRM, Payroll, HRIS, SAAS systems.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to handle complex situations effectively.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Ability to set and manage customer expectations at an enterprise level.
  • Expertise in business processes, system development, and process improvements.
  • Ability to gather business requirements, process flows, and use cases efficiently.
  • Skilled in modeling and mapping as-is and to-be business processes.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and integration touch points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
