About Center Management Role

Magic Bus India Foundation is a leading non-governmental organization in education and skilling in India.

With a strong presence across 22 states and union territories, the organization has impacted the lives of young people from underserved communities between the ages of 12 to 25 years.

The organization equips young people with essential life and employability skills to help them move out of poverty and lead sustainable lives through its two distinct programs - the Adolescent Programme and Livelihood Programme.

Livelihood Programme:

  • Prepares youth (18–25 years) for sustainable careers by imparting transferable life and employability skills.
  • Magic Bus has set up 133 Livelihood Centres, built 1,130+ college partnerships, and established Entrepreneurship Incubation Centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage resources, staff, and local partners to ensure full offer of Livelihood program is available to youth in the district.
  2. Lead staff team delivering Livelihood program at district level and manage performance.
  3. Achieve targets at each stage of intervention including mobilisation, needs assessment, skills training delivery, and placement in work or education.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of MIS and Computer Skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage people and time.
  • Excellent team worker with strong oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any stream.
  • Atleast 5yrs experience in Skill Development sector with 2 years at leadership role.
