Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations, tracking expenses, overseeing the budget, and maintaining machinery to ensure it is operating at optimal standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with other sections and vendors for repair and spares requirements.
- Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repair.
- Communicate with vendors for spares follow-up and find local vendors for old machines.
- Develop new systems for outdated machines, including electrical and electronic drives and systems.
- Total preventative maintenance, manage breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment, including software programming.
- Ensure housekeeping and 5S activities.
- Preventative maintenance planning, BOM, catalogue profile, notification, updation of spares stock, and utilization through SAP.
- Budgeting and cost analysis of maintenance activities.
Ensure use of PPES in maintenance Section. Report any incidents to the Incharge. Introduce safe working methods with proper training and culture change. Ensure safety of associates/employees and machines.
Requirements- Good knowledge of machine tools, software, and machining language.
- Good knowledge of types of maintenance and vendors for outsourcing/spares management.
This role requires a strong understanding of maintenance operations and excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams and ensuring effective and efficient maintenance practices.
Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is ₹50,00,000 - ₹70,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
