Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team as a Lead Python Developer. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and automating scalable ETL workflows using Python and Pandas.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in data ingestion and transformation processes, as well as experience with Elasticsearch clusters for indexing, searching, and analytics performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Scalable Data Pipelines: Utilize Python and Pandas to create efficient and scalable ETL workflows.
  • Implement and Manage Data Ingestion and Transformation: Leverage Hive SQL to manage data ingestion and transformation processes for data warehousing.
  • Configure and Optimize Elasticsearch Clusters: Ensure optimal performance of Elasticsearch clusters for indexing, searching, and analytics.
  • Build and Maintain RESTful APIs: Use Flask to develop secure RESTful APIs for data exchange.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineering teams to support data-driven applications and reporting tools.
  • Maintain High Standards of Data Quality: Ensure high standards of data quality, reliability, and integrity throughout the pipeline.

As a Lead Developer, you will work on large-scale systems that handle complex supply chain operations, order management, and personalized customer experiences at massive scale.
