We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure seamless functionality across our ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive test plans for order-to-cash, inventory, and financial workflows, as well as lead-to-opportunity, CPQ, and Service Cloud cases.
  • Execute manual and automated tests for releases, patches, and integrations.
  • Verify real-time data syncs between systems and debug API failures.
  • Audit error logs and escalate to developers.
  • Log defects in defect tracking tools, including steps to reproduce, screenshots, and API payloads.
  • Track resolution SLAs and retest fixes.
  • Develop scripts for regression testing using Java or Typescript.
  • Leverage built-in debuggers to validate integration of jobs.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong expertise in ERP and iPaaS tools.
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is a plus.
  • Familiarity with testing tools like Postman, Selenium, and Jira.
  • Knowledge of platform-specific features such as saved searches, custom test validations, and integration flows.

Bonus certifications include ERP Foundation, CRM Admin, iPaaS, and ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL).

  • Collaboration: Work with dev teams, business analysts, and PMs.
  • Proactive: Flag risks before production deploys.
