Job Overview

An experienced finance professional is required to lead the financial management and accounting functions of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll compliance, and general ledger management.

  • Ensure adherence to GAAP and local tax regulations.
  • Timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C etc)
  • Handle GST audits, assessments, and notices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate income tax return filings.
  • Manage statutory and tax audits, responding within designated time limits.
  • Strong knowledge of transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
  • Accurate and timely filling of forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (e.g., MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC etc).
  • Coordinate both internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and 10–15 years of experience in financial management and accounting. They will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.

Requirements

Apart from the key responsibilities mentioned above, the ideal candidate should also possess:

  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., NetSuite, Tally etc).
