We're seeking an expert in machine learning and artificial intelligence to join our team.

Job Description

This role involves designing and implementing machine learning pipelines and models, including large language model-based solutions. You'll translate prototypes and research into production-grade code and deployable components, develop and fine-tune foundation models and large language models for specific use cases, train and optimize numeric machine-learning models, apply prompt engineering and build agent-based architectures for complex task automation, integrate models into backend systems, and support real-time/batch inference services.

You'll also work with guardrails and observability tools to ensure safe and robust use of generative AI, and stay up to date with advances in AI and emerging large language model ecosystems to bring innovative capabilities to the team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production
  • Hands-on experience with large language model solution development and integration
  • Solid understanding of modern large language model tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, Azure OpenAI Studio, Gemini Studio, and LangSmith or equivalent observability/debugging platforms
  • Proficiency with Python and ML libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers
  • Deep understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and large language model guardrails
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, version control, testing, and model governance
  • Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
