About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled US Accounting professional to join our dynamic team. As an experienced accounting executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our financial operations.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven accounting expert to take charge of managing and maintaining accurate financial records using various accounting software. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines, handling multiple tasks for management, including reporting duties, and performing balance sheet reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and reconciling bank statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using various accounting software.
  • Meet deadlines handling multiple tasks for management, including reporting duties.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Leverage Excel skills for data analysis and report preparation.
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports, such as budgets and fixed assets.
  • Reconcile intercompany balances for accurate financial reporting.
  • Support timely financial reporting with month-end closing reconciliation files.
  • Handle monthly billing processes and analyse open items.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, demonstrating strong practical skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software like QuickBooks, Yardi, Xero, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and ability to manage complex financial transactions.
