Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced System Reliability Specialist to join our team.

  • Achieve optimal system performance, scalability, and reliability by designing and implementing robust architectures, monitoring tools, and scripts.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of our systems. Your expertise in Linux and Windows systems, combined with your experience in setting up alerts, dashboards, and analyzing metrics/logs, will be invaluable assets to our team.

Your skills in system architecture and configuration management, understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing protocols, as well as your proficiency in monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki, will enable you to make significant contributions to our organization.

You will work closely with technical teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication, leveraging your excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, your ability to document processes and convey technical concepts clearly will be essential in conveying complex ideas to stakeholders.
