Job Title: Continuous Improvement Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our continuous improvement efforts, driving strategic initiatives and empowering teams to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust project management approaches to drive multiple client engagements towards quality delivery, timely completion, and budget alignment.
  • Foster high client satisfaction through effective relationship building, client management, and contribution.
  • Promote long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and new business ventures.
  • Collaborate in business planning and strategy development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Encourage innovation and research, identifying potential opportunities and developing solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mastery of all concepts related to Lean Manufacturing, including data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convince customers and demonstrate good follow-up skills.
  • Clients' flexible attitude to travel is necessary.
  • Production planning, costing, inventory management, and ERP knowledge are essential.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide well-thought-out solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive background in Lean deployment and Kaizen event leadership facilitation.
  • 6 Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent problem-solving tool expertise.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and experience with training and utilizing key Lean Continuous Improvement disciplines.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority.
  • Solid PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
