Job Title: Continuous Improvement Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our continuous improvement efforts, driving strategic initiatives and empowering teams to achieve excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement robust project management approaches to drive multiple client engagements towards quality delivery, timely completion, and budget alignment.
- Foster high client satisfaction through effective relationship building, client management, and contribution.
- Promote long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and new business ventures.
- Collaborate in business planning and strategy development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Encourage innovation and research, identifying potential opportunities and developing solutions.
- Mastery of all concepts related to Lean Manufacturing, including data analysis.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convince customers and demonstrate good follow-up skills.
- Clients' flexible attitude to travel is necessary.
- Production planning, costing, inventory management, and ERP knowledge are essential.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide well-thought-out solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive background in Lean deployment and Kaizen event leadership facilitation.
- 6 Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent problem-solving tool expertise.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and experience with training and utilizing key Lean Continuous Improvement disciplines.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority.
- Solid PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
