We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong ability to understand customer needs.

  • Provide exceptional customer service via live chat or email, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's platform and product, including market conditions.
  • Manage and follow up on client inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Ensure operations run smoothly, identifying any necessary discrepancies or risks to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • A minimum diploma in business administration or business management with a keen eye for numbers.
  • Preferably 2-4 years of customer service experience, trained in frontline operations (Livechat and Email).
  • Advantageous for candidates with experience working in financial institutions, fintech.
  • Someone with sharp acumen and a keen eye for numbers and statistics is ideal for this role.
  • Proficient in English & Hindi for communication and writing.
  • Possess great passion to develop knowledge and a long-term career in fintech/crypto trading firms.
  • A team player, committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to a client's request for assistance.
Additional Requirements
  • Able to perform 5 days' shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays.
