Lead Design Architect

As a seasoned design architect, you will be responsible for leading complex building construction projects in concept/basic and detail design phases. Your expertise will drive the development of sophisticated solutions from concept development to detail for various building typologies.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, including team management and content delivery. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project leadership and management for complex building construction projects.
  • Development of architectural designs for semiconductor manufacturing facilities, pharma manufacturing facilities, life sciences manufacturing facilities, data centre facilities, electric vehicle (EV), battery manufacturing facilities, and automotive manufacturing plants.
  • Management of project teams and responsibility for content and business of the project.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 15 years of professional experience in design and implementation planning - Cleanroom.
  • Experience in using Autodesk Revit is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • High architectural design standards and technical competence.
  • Assertiveness paired with entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
  • Social skills and enjoyment of independent work.
  • Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) / Master of Architecture (MArch).
