Technical Scrum Master Role

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to oversee the implementation of Azure DevOps governance and Monday.com platform management. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with technical product ownership, driving business value through efficient delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Maintain and track sprint artifacts, velocity metrics, and backlog in Azure DevOps, providing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
  • Approve/manage Azure DevOps access, maintain security, compliance, and role governance, safeguarding sensitive information and preventing unauthorized access.
  • Oversee sustainment and enhancement of Monday.com platform integrations, custom boards, and automations, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks and work closely with developers, fostering a culture of open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and maintain documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles), ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to manage priorities and expectations, facilitating effective stakeholder engagement and timely project delivery.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in Agile practices, platform governance, and delivery efficiency, driving process enhancements and innovation through data analysis and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Monday.com, Azure DevOps, integrations, custom boards, and automations, demonstrating expertise in related technologies.
  • Experience in application sustainment, platform support, and working in large enterprise environments, showcasing adaptability and ability to navigate complex systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and leadership capabilities, effectively engaging with cross-functional teams and driving collaborative outcomes.
