We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to join Vidhathri Developers as our ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall success of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in managing construction projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

About the Role
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, ensuring all milestones are achieved within specified timelines and budgets. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to align designs, materials, and construction methods. Supervise day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Use Auto CAD and STAAD Pro for design evaluations and structural analysis. Leverage tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera for effective project scheduling and monitoring. Prepare and manage accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and track resource utilization efficiently.
  • On-Site Supervision: Manage contractor teams, track progress, and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Generate detailed contractor bills and ensure proper verification of quantities and materials. Identify and resolve on-site challenges swiftly to avoid delays.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Conduct regular quality checks and audits on construction materials and completed work.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between various stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across departments. Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and key issues.
Requirements
  • Education: A Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in managing both project planning and on-site execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Auto CAD, STAAD Pro/Revit, and BOQ preparation. Experience with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. Ability to generate contractor bills and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Key Skills and Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
