Immigration Visa Specialist Position

At our law firm, we specialize in employment-based immigration law services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and edit complex non-immigrant (NIV) and immigrant (IV) visa cases, focusing on National Interest Waiver (NIW), O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B applications
  • Manage a large caseload, collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality work
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process
  • Provide regular updates to legal teams regarding case progress and status
  • Engage with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor
  • Support attorneys in gathering evidence, preparing supplementary documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural requirements and submission deadlines
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking in managing case assignments and identifying areas for improvement
  • Prepare and coordinate the production of documents and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs)
  • Maintain accurate records and perform consistent case tracking and management according to firm policies

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective prioritization abilities.

A minimum of three years of experience in immigration law, specifically with NIWs, O-1s, and EB-1As, is required. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are desirable.
