The Role:

As a skilled UX Designer, you'll design and implement intuitive user experiences for GenAI applications that revolutionize our product offerings.

You'll work closely with AI engineers and product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay current with emerging UX trends.
  • Design user interfaces for GenAI applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and an optimal user experience.
  • Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with GenAI Engineers to understand AI model capabilities and limitations, translating them into effective UI/UX solutions.
  • Apply strong user-centered design principles and best practices for AI-powered applications.
  • Rapidly prototype and perform PoCs to visualize and test new UI/UX ideas.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of total experience with at least 1 year of relevant experience in UX design and front-end development for AI or complex software applications.
  • Hands-on experience designing user interfaces, creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research methodologies.
  • Hands-on with AI-native design tools and UI generation from structured logic/code.
  • Basic understanding of Core GenAI concepts to inform UI/UX decisions.

Nice to Have:

  • Curious about generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering for user and team experience enhancement.
  • Experience with multi-modal LLMs and designing interfaces for such capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability for rapid prototyping and performing quick PoCs for UI/UX concepts.
  • Portfolio showcasing strong UX design and front-end development skills for complex applications.
