Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Campaign Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive results.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic/v8) campaign execution and management, with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and data flows. You will work closely with our data, analytics, and IT teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and provide insights for optimization.

Your expertise will be invaluable in managing end-to-end campaign workflows, including targeting, segmentation, and personalization. You will also be responsible for setting up recurring and ad-hoc campaigns with proper audience targeting rules and testing scenarios.

  • Design, build, and deploy multi-channel campaigns.

  • Segmentation & Targeting: Create customer segments using Adobe Campaign's data model and query capabilities.
  • Leverage behavioural, transactional, and demographic data to build targeted lists.
  • Manage suppression, seed lists, and ensure compliance with opt-in/opt-out rules.
  • Personalization & Templates: Configure personalization blocks, dynamic content, and message templates.
  • Work with creative teams to build responsive, personalized email templates.
  • Campaign Optimization & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide insights for optimization.
