Job Title: Data Driven Marketing Specialist

We support Publicis operations across US, Europe and Asia and their multinational clients. We are looking for a talented individual to join our marketing team having expert knowledge in search and social platforms like Google Ads, SA360, Bing Ads, Facebook, Twitter, Insta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience through effective time-management skills, strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring optimal levels of resource utilization and keeping internal & external stakeholders updated
  • Ensuring quality delivery as per defined SLAs
  • Drive team adherence to all internal/external tools and processes
  • Keep the team motivated through regular touch points/team engagement activities

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience on online marketing tools and best practices
  • 1 year -5 yrs of experience in Paid Social ads specifically
  • Experience in Meta, Instagram , , twitter and end to end campaign management specifically reach and frequency campaigns
  • Team & Client management skills
  • Subject-matter-expert for Search
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of different digital marketing channels is a plus
