**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team at JISA Softech Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the customer success team.

About the Role:

  • Manage client expectations and timelines effectively.
  • Proactively identify client needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues and escalations promptly and efficiently.
  • Onboard new clients smoothly and efficiently, including project management of the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
Project Management:
  • Manage client implementation projects according to defined timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization (product, engineering, etc.) to ensure client success.
Collaboration & Development:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success and project management.
  • Participate in team initiatives to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer success, project management or any related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track and measure KPIs.
