**Workday Expert Solutions Specialist Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Workday professional to join our team as a Workday Expert Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our Success Plans services, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and best practices to customers, guiding them through Workday configuration and product capabilities.

  • Develop and deliver webinars that showcase Workday's potential for achieving business goals.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships through effective communication, presentations, and consultations.
  • Champion Workday product expertise, staying current with Workday certifications and the product roadmap.
  • Keep up with industry best practices and engage with customers on relevant topics.

In addition to delivering Workday Success Plans services, our Workday professionals will also deliver other Customer Enablement services, such as:

  • Office Hours to conduct appointment-based consulting engagements providing guidance and product expertise to customers
  • Perform configuration and business requirements reviews with a detailed deliverable calling out opportunities for optimization
  • Provide one-on-one customer configuration designs
  • Deployments including full deployment of Workday features
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Workday Experience: 2 years of Extend experience, preferably Workday Extend certified.
  • Integration Expertise: 6 years of Workday Integrations experience
  • Overall Experience: Overall 8+ years of experience in consulting or customer-facing environments
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages.
  • Data Formats: Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML).
  • Certifications: Certified or ability to certify in Orchestrate for Integrations (O4I).
