SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing expert to drive end-to-end sourcing process design, implementation, and integration with SAP ERP/S4 HANA systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite with a focus on Guided Sourcing, including:

  1. Implementing and supporting SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing solutions across projects, ensuring seamless integration with ERP systems (SAP ECC / S4 HANA).
  2. Leading the design, configuration, and deployment of sourcing processes (RFx, Auctions, Supplier Management), collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
  3. Supporting end-to-end Sourcing projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  4. Conducting workshops, preparing functional documents, and delivering user training on Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules.
  5. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Guided Sourcing and sourcing modules, staying updated with new features in Ariba Guided Sourcing.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite, with at least 2+ years in Guided Sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of Sourcing, Contract Management, and Supplier Lifecycle Performance modules.
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, templates, event creation (RFx, Auctions), and workflows in Guided Sourcing.
  • Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and integration points.
  • Experience in working with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA integration.
  • Strong communication, client interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification in SAP Ariba (Sourcing/Procurement) is an added advantage.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba Buying & Invoicing.
  • Exposure to upstream & downstream Ariba modules.
  • Previous experience in global implementation/rollout projects.
