Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team. As a Management Trainee in Accounts Payable Operations, you'll be responsible for processing payments, researching payment exceptions, and working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to resolve issues.

Your tasks will include reviewing payment proposals, generating payment proposals for exceptional vendors, validating payment data, and facilitating payment proposal validation via BOT. You'll also work on tier 1 validation of vendor bank details, mitigate fallouts due to manual cheque validation, and access SharePoint folders for payment confirmation.

In addition, you'll upload payment confirmations on DocuWare, update payment reference numbers in trackers, and establish follow-up mechanisms to ensure accurate data recording. You'll also participate in quality audits, perform transaction deep dives, and support building root cause analyses for issues/ errors observed by audit teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration
  • Relevant work experience in a global environment in Hi-tech, manufacturing, and IT distribution industries
  • Experience working in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and AP payment workflows
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in US time zones
  • Transformation mindset and experience participating in transformation projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
