Lead Shopify App Developer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Shopify App Developer to craft high-performance apps for the Shopify ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable custom Shopify apps with a focus on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop reusable components and shared utilities for internal and external apps.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams for feature planning and delivery.
  • Write unit and integration tests for reliable, production-grade code.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with functional components, hooks, and state management in React.
  • Proficiency in building nested routes, loaders, actions, and server rendering using Remix or React Router.
  • Deep understanding of REST and GraphQL endpoints, app authentication (OAuth), and webhook handling in Shopify Admin API.
  • Skilled in building pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible interfaces using Shopify's Polaris UI.
  • Advanced knowledge of utility-first styling and responsive design using TailwindCSS.
  • Comfort with backend logic, API routes, and type-safe coding using Node.js / TypeScript.
  • Experience with App Bridge, JWT-based auth flows, and session management for Shopify apps.
